Sara was born and raised in Colorado, and grew up in Colorado Springs. She attended University of Colorado at Denver and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in 2010. She went on to become a Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe for The Denver Spine and Pain Institute, where she has now been working for over 8 years! Sara transitioned out of the MA and Scribe roll as the practice became more involved in clinical research, stepping into the role of Research Coordinator and now, Research Administrator. She really enjoys learning about new therapies, getting to know patients and helping them on their journey to get back to life.
Sara loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and black lab, as well as family and friends. She loves animals, spending time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors, cooking, reading, camping, and music.
