Seth is a Northwest Indiana native who moved to the Denver area in 2019. He has an athletic background including nearly two decades of experience in competitive soccer. He also has several years’ experience working with children in different functional capacities including children with autism, various disabilities, and behavioral disorders. His area of expertise is therapeutic exercise at every ability level, concentrated towards the active individual and sports athlete.
